NCCHPP Online Training Courses

Rules of registration
One access is valid for one participant (one person) for a period of 3 months. A reminder will be sent one month prior to access being closed.

Access codes for the online platform will be sent within 5 working days following the participant's registration (including the payment of the registration fees).

Rules for usage for the e-leaning platform 
All of the content of the online course, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio or video clips is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights, and belongs to the Institut national de santé publique du Québec (INPSQ) – Québec's national public health institute.

The participant agrees not to reproduce, summarize, modify, alter or diffuse any content without prior express authorization, other than for strictly private use.

The participant agrees to not copy the course content, in whole or in part, onto another website or internal network. The participant agrees not to extract any of the content of the course for importation or storage on a device. 

Reimbursement and cancellation policy
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is not possible to substitute a participant, change a login name, transfer access rights to a third party, or be partially or fully refunded for the registration fee for any reason.

The INSPQ reserves the right to cancel any course. If the course has not been completed, the responsibility of the INSPQ will solely consist in reimbursing the registration fees. If the course has been completed, no reimbursement will be made. An e-mail will notify you 4 weeks prior to the closure of your account.

Payment conditions
The access and usage rights (the registration fees) are immediately payable at registration by credit card on the secured online payment website of CT Payment (Visa or Mastercard only).

Choice of language
The course is available in English or in French. The choice of language is made at registration. No transfer to another language is possible after registration is complete.

Technological and technical prerequisites
The online self-paced modules are offered on the “Campus Virtuel” (the e-leaning platform “Virtual Campus”) of the INSPQ. This e-learning platform is based on Moodle. The Training Modules are based on Flash technology.

This online platform require certain technologies in order to:
• Access the online modules
• Ensure their proper functioning, and
• View any video clips and animations that may be offered.

In consequence, the INSPQ is not responsible for the functioning of this online course for any other version than those mentioned in the terms and conditions listed below.

Internet connection
A broadband internet connection is required to satisfactorily view the online modules.
